Packages

Unlimited Intro Package - When does my package start?

Your package starts on the day that you first take class.  E.g. Oct. 1, 2023 is the first day of your class, the system will recognize that as day 1 and will count for 30 days.  E.g. the expiry is Oct. 29, 2023.

I tried to book a class online and bought an Unlimited Intro Package, but the system still says that I have to buy another package.

Have you booked more than 1 class already?  If yes, consider the following example: If you purchased the package on Monday, but booked a class for Friday, the system will recognize Friday as your official “first day”. However, if you by any chance decide to take a class on Thursday, instead of Friday, you would have to remove yourself from Friday’s class in order for the system to reset the official “first day” of the package start date.

Autopay Package

There is an initial 3 months commitment contract, then it becomes month-to-month. *You can pause the package with a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months. You must send an email to info@yogaonseven.com with a start and end date to request a pause on your membership. *To terminate an autopay membership (after the initial 3-month commitment), you must send an email at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Can we share class passes/packages?

No, you cannot share your class passes or packages.

Are there reimbursements or refund on the packages/class passes?

There are no reimbursements or refund on packages or class passes.

Do we offer Pre or Post-natal classes or baby and Me classes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre or post-natal, or baby and me classes.

Can I bring a friend along to try a class?

For the full experience, we recommend the introductory package.  This package would provide you with unlimited access to a variety of classes for 30 consecutive days, where you will have the opportunity to connect with the Yoga On Seven community.  Throughout the year, we offer promotions where you are able to bring a friend along.  Follow YogaOnSeven on Instagram for further details.

What happens if I am late for class or not show up to class?

Please arrive at least 10 mins before class start to set up (pick your favourite spot) and settle into class.  Class will start on time and the doors will be closed.  Please avoid knocking as it would disrupt the class and take away from the experience.  We understand that traffic can cause us to be late.  If you are a couple of minutes late, please call the studio and let receptionist know and we'll wait for you (max 5 mins.).  If you still haven't shown up 5 mins after class starts (even after the call) then, the doors will be closed.  If you missed class or does not show up, then there will be no reimbursement for that class.

Misc. Questions

Are there any place to change?

Our facilities offer washrooms, shower, and changerooms for both males and females.  Should you require a towel, we offer towels for rent.  Please see reception for further assistance.

Is there a water fountain?

No, but we have water bottle and coconut water for sale.  Ask reception for price.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

It is recommended to bring your own mat, however should you require a mat, we have them available for sale and rent at the front desk. Please visit our front desk for further assistance.

How hot does the room get?

What should I wear?

It depends on what kind of classes you are taking. You can wear yoga clothes to all classes but here are some suggestions: Yinner peace/Restorative Yoga - you can wear comfortable clothes like sweats or baggy clothes as we hold the poses for a long time and we don’t flow a lot in this class. Energy Flow Class - wear flow clothes (like dress or light flow top) to “dance” and move energy. All other class - there is a flow and movement in all other class, so you need yoga clothes or fitted clothes. No baggy clothes as we don’t want you to trip over your clothes and not tight clothes as we want your blood to circulate properly.

We have two rooms, Hot Room and Energie Room. The Hot Room is heated by a furnace and it can get up to 38 to 40 degree Celsius (depends on what time of day (ie. evening vs morning) and how many people are in the class). Energie Room is heated by a heating panels and it can get to 36 to 38 degree Celsius.

Is there a lost and found area?

We have a closet by reception where we put mats that was left behind.  We put water bottles on the counter by the mat hanging area.  Any small items (like socks, phone charger, etc.) are in a box labeled "lost & found" by the cubby.

I can't find my shoes/these shoes are not mine.

Please take a moment to make sure you walk away with your right pair of shoes, as shoes are not to be worn in the studio.
