Hot Power Yoga
This energetic style of yoga challenges you to step to your edge, grow past it and develop inner and outer strength. The focus of this class is on muscle engagement, alignment and having fun! Expect to tone up, stretch out and work up a sweat. This class is taught in the Baptiste Power Yoga practice.
This is a Baptiste yoga inspired release and rejuvenate class we have created. It is characterized by long, deep holds and a short 5 - 10 minute meditation to start and ends with a long savasana, deep rest. Your teacher will guide you through rejuvenating poses, using Ujayyi breath and soft music to keep you moving. A perfect way to unwind and a great compliment to your regular Power Yoga Classes.
Tired, stressed and overwhelmed? If so, yin yoga is for you! This style of yoga calls for more passive poses, and the teacher encourages students to relax in the posture, rather than work it. You'll soften your muscles and move closer to bone. This is adding the water to fire, or the yin to yang.
This class is done in a room heated up to about 38°C to increase malleability of your muscles as well as to detoxify through sweating! Developed in the early 20th century, Pilates is the art of controlled movements. You’ll feel like you’re getting a great workout, with ease and enjoyment. This class will improve your flexibility, core strength, and overall endurance. It’s a wonderful addition to any yoga practice or exercise routine.
