Linda has been in the natural health and wellness industry for 12 years as a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and holistic nutritionist. She has been teaching Yin Yoga for 10 years and through her career has offered yin training that are inspired by her own training. Also, she continues to further her own education and infuses her trainings with updated and current knowledge.
When she is not teaching yoga, she is running her wellness business: Down to Earth Holistic Wellness. Linda fuses different modalities and practices to help her clients and students feel better, live better, and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Linda offers reflexology and reiki services at the studio.
Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Over the years, yin yoga has become an incredibly popular practice in the Western culture, especially in North America. This unique practice offers a counterbalance to our fast-paced world. Practicing Yin Yoga allows us to slow down and listen to our bodies.
Whether you are just getting started on your yoga journey, or an experienced teacher looking to offer Yin Yoga to your students, this training will provide a fulfilling immersion into this practice, its history, philosophy and so much more. Gain confidence as a teacher and expertise as a practitioner in this Yin Yoga teacher training. By completing this course you would be able to learn more about the practice for yourself, you will gain the knowledge needed to confidently practice this healing style of yoga and offer it to your students.
In this curriculum, we will explore every aspect of yin yoga in detail including: philosophy, anatomy, benefits, developing a practice, teaching, creating a flow for a class, and build lifelong friendships with like minded souls.
Upon completion, you will receive a full certification as a Yin Yoga Teacher.

Yoga on Seven is a registered yoga school with Yoga Alliance and continuing education provider. Students who complete our 25 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be able to use this certification* as a continuing education CEU course.
*must have 200 hrs YTT certificate to be certified.
