Covid-19 Mandate Protocols

1) Effective on Sept. 22, 2021, according to the new Ontario Mandate, you must show proof of full vaccination in order to take class.  To make class sign in smoother, you can bring a copy of your vaccination receipt and proof of identity on your first visit.  You only need to present this document once since we will make notes in our system to indicate that you are fully vaccinated.

2) Book online to reserve your spot through our website or through the MindBody App
 

3) 
Everyone must be at the studio at least 20 mins before class to ensure the safety procedures of signing in and setting up.

  We reserve the right to refuse entry if you appear to be ill.

 

4) Please use the hand sanitizer that is provided at the reception, upon entering and leaving the studio.  


 

5) Masks are mandatory within the studio unless you are on your mat.  You can remove your mask when you are flowing.  Please put your mask back on when leaving the mat.

 

6) Please line up at a safe distance to check in (2 metres apart, follow markings on floor)

7) Change Rooms, showers and washroom are open and it's one at a time.  Please wait in the lounge area for your turn.

 

8) Doors will be closed and locked at the start of class.  No latecomers.  There will be no exceptions; however, if you call and let us know that you'd be 5 mins late, that is acceptable and we'll wait for you.


9) Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack.  Cubbies will be available for belongings.  However, if you are able to leave bigger bags in your car that would be appreciated as space will be limited.  Please note: remember to take all your belongings since we no longer have a lost and found area.

  Please leave your cell phones in the car or store in a cubby so not to disrupt the class.

10) At the end of each class, please put your mask back on and allow the row closest to the door to leave first.  

Please bring your own blocks and straps for use; however, we do have blocks, straps and weighted balls if you would like to use them.  Please leave them by the door at end of class so that they could be cleaned.  

Mat are available to rentals and we do have mats for sale as well.

11) There will be savasana towels available at the end of class, but you must put up your hand if you want one. There will be no assists until further notice.

12) Be mindful, we love our hugs, but please restrain yourself for now.  Let’s flow together safely and practice psychical distancing.
