200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training

It’s more than a life style change, it’s a calling!

We are offering a unique program that brings together 3 yoginis with more than 5 decades of experience combined in the world of yoga, wellness, healing, and transformation.  We will explore in depth studies of almost 100 yoga poses, yogic breathing, philosophy, anatomy, the chakra system and many special tools and technique to help students connect to their essence, to gain confidence, create a healthy and vibrant body and a powerful energy field.  Our intention for this experience for our students is to find a much deeper purpose and understanding of who they really are and to move forward in life with the desire to share their gifts with awareness and full confidence.

No matter your age, ability and fitness level, the 200 hour training will benefit you, both on a personal development level and in your journey as a qualified and authentic teacher. We work on all levels of the body, mind and spirit, improving strength and flexibility, whilst rejuvenating the whole being. Whether you are interested to teach yoga or to gain more knowledge about this ancient and sacred practice, you will be forever transformed by giving yourself this gift as you join us on this journey. This training will guide you to a deeper relationship with yourself, your life and your surroundings. You will be connecting with your truth in an intimate and powerful way as you gain tools to dissolve illusions and clear your mind clutter. You will also find a community of like-minded souls that will enhance your journey and support you along the way.

 

Our Yoga Teacher Training & Personal Development program is inspired by the traditions of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga and encompasses the areas of: asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, kirtan, mudras, philosophy (Yoga Sutras), anatomy and physiology, the chakras, the gunas, ayurvedic constitutions, teaching methodology, care of self and service to others.

When: Oct. 1, 2022 to May 7, 2023 (every other weekend). Saturday and Sunday: about 6 hours a day.

Susanne works in the area of health, wellness & spiritual awakening for over 20 years. Her passion is to guide her clients to create vibrant, purposeful & peaceful lives; to focus on caring, respect & love for themselves and others, using their bodies as an instrument to heal emotional & physical pain. After moving to Canada, she continue her studies in Yoga. Susanne has worked with 100's of clients, taught many Yoga Teacher Trainings & other courses.

Jen worked for years as a TV news Editor which gave her a unique but sometimes cynical perspective of the world we live in. Then a friend encouraged her to try yoga. She immediately fell in love with the practice & was amazed at how it changed her outlook on life and herself. After years of practicing, she really felt called to share yoga and her knowledge and decided to do her YTT. After a few years of teaching at various studios, Jen decided to become a studio owner. Yoga Loft is her 2nd home

Elena's classes are inspired by her pervious work as a sport injury kinesiologist. She brings her knowledge and experience to the yoga community with classes that are a mix of yoga styles suitable to students of all levels and experience. She'll be teaching the Anatomy portion.
